Using 3, 4 and 5-Axis Vertical Machining Section, we are able to accommodate prismatic parts up to 650 x 400mm. Our engineers are familiar with all types of materials and are able to optimise machining to achieve efficiently made, cost effective and quality parts.

Both traditional and 3D CAM systems are used to program, with customer supplied 3D models being used to go from concept to finished part.

Our machining centres come from well-tried manufacturers including Bridgeport, YCM and DMG-Mori, with typically machines being upgraded/renewed annually.
